Yesterday the Queen's Platinum Jubilee torch relay, carried by rickshaw, visited Ringshall on it's 588 mile journey through Suffolk.

After negotiating the lanes around the parish the relay arrived at the former Spar shop just outside Wattisham airfield gates.

From there it travelled along Lower Farm Road finishing at the village hall car park.

The torch bearer was a pupil from Ringshall primary school.
